Mr. Eddy Njoroge has been the Managing Director, Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) since March 2003. He is the President of the Union of Producers, Transporters and Distributors of Electric Power in Africa (UPDEA). He is also Chairman of; The World Energy Council, Kenya Chapter a member of the Steering Committee of the Eastern Africa Power Pool. He is also a board member of several leading companies in East Africa in the fields of Insurance, Manufacturing and Banking. Mr. Njoroge graduated with honours with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Makerere University. He joined the NSE Board on 27th June 2008.
Mr. Bob Karina is the Executive Director of Faida Investment Bank. He is an accomplished stockbroker, an information technology professional and a successful businessman. He is a board member of the Rwanda Stock Exchange, where he has played a key role in the set up of the Rwanda Stock Exchange and also a Board Member of the Central Depository and Settlement Corporation (CDSC) as well as the Chairman of the Finance Committee of Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Karina is also a member of the Institute of Directors and the Centre for Corporate Governance, and a Governor and former Board Member of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA).
Mr. Karina was instrumental in the establishment of the CDSC, the implementation of the Automated Trading System, the Wide Area Network, and now the Broker Back Office system, as the Chair of the committees that spearheaded these developments in the Kenyan Capital Markets. He has broad experience in advising institutional and corporate investors, corporate finance consulting and research analysis.

Ms. Farhana Hassanali has worked with HassConsult since its inception in July of 2001 in virtually all departments. She heads the property development department where her roles include finance and cash flow appraisals, market research and development concepts, project coordination and management. She is a Registered Estate Agent (REA), an executive MBA graduate from Strathmore University and holds a first class degree in Land Management with a specialization in Investment & Finance from the University of Reading
Mr. Geoffrey Odundo is the Managing Director and CEO of Kingdom Securities Limited, a subsidiary of the Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited. He took stewardship of the company after having successfully transformed the Banks wholly owned subsidiaries; Co-optrust Investment Company Limited and Co-operative Consultancy Company Limited into leading asset management and financial advisory companies respectively. He has been with the Co-operative Bank of Kenya Group for the last thirteen years rising from the position of Fund Manager to Chief Manager Merchant & Investment Banking and subsequently Managing Director of Kingdom Securities Limited. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics & Economics and a Masters in Business Administration (Strategic Management).
Prior to his engagement at the company, Geoffrey spent 9 years in the Insurance sector his last as a Senior Manager in the Employee Benefits Division of British American Insurance Company. He is a Director/Secretary of Kenya Association of Stock Brokers and Investment Banks (KASIB). He also represents the Bank as Chairman of the Financial Standards Committee Kenya Bureau of Standards and is a Council Member of the Association of Pension Schemes and Fund Managers Association of Kenya
Mr. Hosea Kimutai Kili is a Law Graduate from the University of Nairobi and holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA). He is a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya). He is the Chief Executive and Managing Trustee of the Local Authorities Pension Trust that covers all the local authorities in the country. Prior to his appointment, he was the Secretary and Legal Officer of Kenya Local Government Officers Superannuation Fund (KLGOF), a Managing Partner in Kili Korir & Associates Advocates and Kelly Registrars & Secretaries. He has also served as the Company Secretary of National Oil Corporation of Kenya and the Assistant Authority Secretary at Tana and Athi River Development Authority (TARDA).
Mr. Hosea Kili is a member of the Task Force on Devolved Government, a Fellow Member at ICPSK, a member of LSK, a full member at Kenya Institute of Management and a Board Member at the Federation of Kenya Employers
Mr. Jonathan Ciano has served as the Chief Executive at Uchumi Supermarkets Ltd. since July 2006. He led a team of a management group that was set up to restructure the supermarket. In this role, Mr. Ciano has seen the turnaround of Uchumi, culminating in the lifting of its suspension from trading at the Exchange in May 2011.
He was previously in a team that facilitated the turn-about of the Kenya Petroleum Refinery Limited (KPRL) and the Kenya Power and Lighting Corporation Limited (KPLC). This was after he was involved in strategic change and organizational buyouts in Shell international companies. Mr. Ciano holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honors degree with Finance and accounting and masters in Business administration (Strategy & Finance) from the University of Nairobi. He is also a fellow of the Kenya Institute of management-FKIM
Mr. Samuel Njuguna Kimani holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of Harvard. He is the CEO, Jamii Bora Bank Ltd after having served as the Deputy CEO, KCB Group.
Prior to this, he had served the KCB in various capacities including Finance Director and Financial Controller. He has also served at the Central Bank of Kenya in various capacities including Deputy Chief Banking Manager, Deputy Director Financial Markets, Principal Financial Accountant, and the Chief Internal Auditor. He has also headed the Surveillance Division of the Deposit Protection Fund. He has also served as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse.
Ms. Winnie Nyamute holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi and is a CPA (K). Winnie is a member of the ICPAK Audit Quality Assurance Committee, a panel member of the ICPAK/NSE/CMA Financial Reporting (FiRe) Awards Scheme and a member of the Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK). In 2003, Winnie was involved in the Capital Markets Authority’s curriculum development for the Financial Proficiency examination. She is currently a lecturer at the University of Nairobi School Of Business. She joined the NSE Board on 3rd June 2009.
Mr. Peter Mwangi is the Chief Executive of the Nairobi Securities Exchange. He is also a Director of the Central Depository and Settlement Corporation in Kenya, a Member of the Executive Committees of both the East African Stock Exchanges Association (EASEA) as well as the African Securities Exchanges Association (ASEA). Before joining the Exchange, Peter was the Managing Director of Centum Investment. Centum is the largest publicly quoted investment company in the East African region. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and a CFA charter holder.
