About the East African Finance Summit

The East Africa Finance Summit is an annual conference that brings together various players in the financial sector in East Africa. The 2024 summit themed “Exploring New Frontiers: Shaping the Future of Financial Landscape & Unlocking Opportunities for Collaboration in East Africa” will be held from May 9th, to May 10th, 2024 at the Adwa Museum in Adis Ababa.

The summit will bring together a diverse range of stakeholders and business leaders in East Africa’s financial sector to explore developing investment opportunities as well as potential areas of collaboration for players in the sector. It will also present a unique opportunity to profile Ethiopia as a premium investment destination for financial sector players in East Africa and create a platform to network and forge strategic partnerships for participants.

The summit will also explore and integrate regional opportunities through cross border trade and investments, harmonizing financial regulations, addressing inclusion challenges, to forge regional collaboration in the changing global economic landscape.
