Foreign issuer must have been listed on a foreign securities exchange for a minimum of 2 YEARS before applying for cross-listing in Kenya |

Certificate of Comfort / |
MANDATORY: Certificate from home securities exchange AND all relevant foreign regulators. Home exchange must be recognised by CMA. |

Good standing on home |
Issuer must remain in good standing on primary/home exchange throughout listing in Kenya. Any suspension or delisting action must be immediately notified to CMA. |

Reduced disclosure |
CMA may prescribe different or reduced disclosure requirements for entities already listed on recognised foreign exchanges. Applied on case-by-case basis. |

All other eligibility criteria |
Foreign issuers must meet ALL other eligibility requirements for the relevant market segment (Main or SME) as outlined above. |
