Naveah Capital Insurance Agency

Naveah Capital Insurance Agency was established in January 2018 when two Ladies; Farzana Sumra and Lucy Njine who have over 45 years’ experience combined in the Financial Sector came together and decided to do what they love and know best.

Naveah’s vision is to become the leading champion of wealth preservation in Africa through provision of Risk Management and Finance Planning services. They are passionate about Wealth Creation and they appreciate the hard work and dedication that Kenyans put into their occupations. The missing link is that a majority of them are not well informed when it comes to how individuals relate with money, how they perceive risk and risk mitigation. For example, the overall insurance penetration in Kenya in 2018 was 2.8%. It has been like this for many years despite the huge benefit that Insurance is when it is used as a tool of wealth preservation. There is a huge un-insured market segment in the individual and the small and micro enterprises who need risk management most, but are unfortunately averse to the idea due to misconceptions about the whole risk management and insurance story.

This is the gap that Naveah seeks to bridge by creating awareness and offering timely, relevant solutions and advise to their clients to ensure that their hard work is not swept off by misfortunes that are so part and parcel of life. They carry out risk audits and make mitigation recommendations that are suitable to each client’s level of operations without incurring un-necessary costs and expenses. They have gone completely out of the traditional methods of selling insurance and financial services to innovating and packaging need-driven products for specific consumer segments, backed by their selected Industry players and partners.

They aim to become the go-to company for the growth oriented individual and SME who desires not only growth but also to create wealth and preserve it for future generations through prudent management of risk.  They are trusting God for great milestones in the coming years as they live their mission of “helping individuals and organizations identify, anticipate and plan for risks that threaten their ability to thrive.”
